• The club inducted Mike Hooker as a new member

•  Russ, Mike and Ryan were reminded about creating a themed silent auction basket for the Spring Conference with a budget under $50 and asked to bring it to our next meeting

• The District 63 Spring Conference will be held April 27-28 in Knoxville at the downtown Marriott. Susan will be representing our club

•  Emilie Filler has resigned as club secretary

•  Members are asked to consider running for an office in our upcoming election. Please talk to any club officer if you are interested

• Minutes were approved for our March 27 meeting

• Each member is strongly encouraged to RSVP in advance on Easy-Speak regarding your meeting attendance and role participation in order to help the Toastmaster plan the meeting agenda more efficiently

• District 63 Spring Conference scheduled for April 27-28 in Knoxville at Marriott downtown. Registration available on district 63 website

• Club voted to approve a $50 or under budget to create a silent auction basket for spring conference. Russ and Ryan volunteered to create theme and put together basket; Mike volunteered to provide the basket.
