Brentwood Evening Toastmasters (BET)

Meetings are from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Tuesdays of each month.

(BET is not affiliated with the church and is open to any and all individuals interested in self-improvement and effective communication. Through the open generosity of the church BET is able to hold meetings in one of its classrooms.)

BET Officer’s Meeting
October 15, 2024


1) Everyone- Please go here to the Google sheet and put your name beside the name of your mentees.
2) Chris- Download e-visitor packs, print 10-20 physical visitor packs and buy envelopes. (Expense costs with the treasurer). Email members with unpaid dues.
3) Kianush- Research virtual greeting cards, meet with Janet for PR tool access.
4) Bill- Bring the new banner to the next meeting. Reach out to the church about room temp control before it gets too cold. 
5) Emily- Sew on the new banner. Assign missing mentors once Google sheet entries are complete. 
6) Kristen- Get Pathways commitments from members. Find Toastmasters Youtube videos for Chris.

Also, remember we have a 5th Tuesday in October where we will share baked goods for fall/Halloween. Need to also consider possibility of a holiday party in December.
