Per several requests, here is the link for the "Melting Snowmen"Oreo Cookie Balls
that Kristi Coleman brought to the holiday party.
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/melting-snowmen-oreo-cookie-balls/ Kristi tip: She used the Philly cheesecake filling instead of plain cream cheese. She froze the cookie/cheesecake mixture to firm it, then rolled the balls, and froze them again before dipping them in chocolate. She reports it worked best with this method.
