Opening:
Chris Meador opened the meeting and led attendees in the Pledge of
Allegiance, then turned the gavel over to BET President Rachel Sumner.
Club News:
After introducing guests, Rachel inducted new members: Richard
Naslund, Jaylyn Bergen, and Luckie Westlund.
Guests: Ketterbaugh family (Abby and Maya), Madeline Bayless,
Lisa, Amelia, Donny, Janae
Reminder: The Fall Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn
Nashville Airport on October 19th and 20th. You can make overnight

Admission is $25 for the entire weekend if registered before
Saturday; $75 for participation in meals and events. Rachel proposed the idea
of having a BET meet-up during the humorist speech competition, which does not
require registration admission and is only $5.
