Club Business:

• Minutes approved for May 25, 2021 and June 8, 2021 meetings.

•  This is LAST ALL virtual meeting.

•  Beginning June 29, BET will return to meeting in person at Forest Hills United Methodist Church in the regular meeting area -- The Good News Room. We will endeavor to perform a hybrid meeting. If you are NOT fully vaccinated, you are required to wear a mask, as per church mandate.

• Janet and Skip met with church personnel to check out room and our stored BET materials. All was accounted for.

• Attempt will be made to begin offering hybrid meetings (Zoom + in-person) beginning June 29. Church has agreed to help supplement our AV requirements for a hybrid meeting.

• Toastmasters Leadership Training will be held virtually on Saturday, June 27th. We need 4 officers to participate

• During our June 29 meeting, we will vote on new officers. The following officer slate was presented for consideration:
