BET OFFICERS MEETING

October 23, 2018

Presiding Officer: Marc Smith

In reviewing the Club Success Plan and dues update, the focus was on our lack of
members, Currently we have only 10 paying members, and only 2 or 3 of those who
have not currently paid might be returning. This led to concern about whether Pathways
was really a hindrance or a help. Some of the officers find it convoluted and difficult to
navigate. As Pathways guide, Susan Martin expressed a willingness to conduct more
training as the club wishes.

We will discuss possibility of an Open House at our next Officers meeting. Right now
we need to concentrate on preparing Guest Packets, and New Member Packets. Skip
and Janet will work on this.

The next Officers meeting will be held before our December meeting on December 11.

• Area Director Kraft encouraged us to use MeetUp to help promote our club.
